CAT A office refurbishment works at The Coach Works, The Calls, Leeds. The works were carried out in both Halsbury House & Harcourt House formally known as Chancellor Court.
The works consisted of a full strip out back to a shell them a new fit out to the offices, communal staircases and toilet refurbishments to both buildings, all whilst accommodating sitting tenants.
