CEVA House, Excelsior Road, Ashby-de-la-Zouch

Refurbishment works to the reception, communal staircases, landings, male and female toilets and external works at CEVA House, Excelsior Road, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, all whilst accommodating sitting tenants. The works were completed on time and within budget.

Ann Kempson from CEVA Logistics said “I just wanted to comment on the building company that you have employed here to carry out the refurbishment works.

The ladies of the building are loving the female WC’s and I am gratified that my requests were considered and used.

The J.P. Wild team have always been very respectful, helpful and their work is of a high spec, which I think is down to Dean. The refurbishment looks modern, bright and the touch of wood here and there gives it class. I could go on . . . but the building looks good and I am pleased with the results, Our MD is impressed too.”
