CAT A office refurbishment works to the 1st & 2nd floors at 2 Brewery Wharf, Leeds. The works consisted of strip out, new heating and chilled fan coil units, new lighting, new floor coverings, new suspended ceilings, new doors and decorations throughout.

The works were completed on time and within budget.
