J.P. Wild is an employee owned, financially robust business established over 40 years ago, offering Total Building Solutions. The Company is based on “family values” with the directors taking a “hands on” role within the day to day running of the business.
At J.P. Wild we take a fresh approach to retail and commercial construction, prioritising our clients’ needs and requirements. We seek to make our clients relationship with us pleasant, rewarding and successful allowing them to realise the capital that they are investing at the earliest opportunity.
As Principal Contractor, the array of services that we offer is extensive, ranging from general maintenance works of a planned and reactive nature, through to new build developments and refurbishment works in both the residential and commercial sectors.
We have expertise across Leisure & Retail, Industrial & Commercial, Professional, Education, Healthcare and New Build Homes. We have delivered a wide portfolio of projects from inception through to completion, both on time and within budget with an uncompromising dedication to quality and service, both in “live environments” and dedicated construction sites.
We can work under any form of contract, but the most common are JCT Standard Form, JCT Minor Works, JCT Intermediate Form (Elements of Design), JCT Design and Build, NEC Forms.
