A couple of weeks into a 16 week programme and works are progressing well on site at Riverside Apartments on Westgate in Wetherby.
Acting as Principal Contractor on behalf of Bellway Homes Limited and the client, we are tasked with the removal of existing and the installation of new cladding, soffit & fascia boards to the external facade of the East & West wings. Additional remedial works are also being undertaken to the lower & upper balconies of a number of apartments and to the ridge tiles.
In terms of complexity, the site will remain ‘live’ throughout the duration of the works, with the apartments themselves immediately fronting the busy A661 and backing on to the River Wharfe at the rear.
