June sees a commencement on site, as Principal Contractor, at Lands Lane in Leeds, where J.P. Wild Ltd is delighted to again be working with MAC Construction Consultants Ltd (‘MAC’). On this occasion, MAC is acting as the Quantity Surveyor and as such, we are similarly delighted to be having our first dealings with Rougemont Property Consultants Ltd, acting as the Contract Administrator.
We are undertaking a 15-week programme of strip out shell & core works to the client’s premises, in relation to a planning application for a change of use of the building from Class A1 (Retail) to Class A3 (Restaurants and Cafes), with addition of substation door and A3 plant area to rear roof area. The programme also includes the design and construction of structural steelwork & steelwork connections, drainage, roofing works, lift & escalator works, external staircase to plant room, edge protection to roof area, new CAT ladder to level 3 roof and internal doors.
