Crofton itself is a semi-rural village approximately 4 miles to the South East of Wakefield city centre, so ideally situated for commuting. The development comprises just six, 3 and 4 bedroom homes.
We do not volume build but we are NHBC registered house builders and developers, delivering a level of quality and specification that goes above and beyond and which has seen J. P. Wild as either winner or finalist in the Local Authority Building Control (‘LABC’) Awards in 2012, 2015 and 2017 respectively.
