Friday 22 February saw the 2019 reboot of the 1960’s Hanna-Barbera cartoon series, as Rufus Ruffcut, The Ant Hill Mob, The Gruesome Twosome and the rest of the competitors descended on TeamSport Go Karting in Leeds, for the J. P. Wild ‘Wacky Races’.
In a bit of informal team building and a general wind down after a busy week, a great couple of hours were had tearing round the 580m racing tarmac track in the 270cc LPG karts. Success came to the chosen few and happily, there was only one minor injury to report.
Following a high octane presentation ceremony accompanied by beer and pizza, all that remained was for a quick wash and brush up, then into Leeds city centre for a few more beers over what could have been, should have been and would have been…………had it not been for!
