A feverish February sees the continuation of a fast and furious start to 2019 for J. P. Wild and we are on site and underway in the South East corner of Leeds city centre for Knight Frank LLP. We also have the pleasure to be working once again for their client in question and over the course of 8 weeks, to be undertaking a programme of external and internal refurbishment works to part of its property portfolio.
Across the road from the 178 year old Leeds Minster, Graphical House comprises a 4-storey office building of brick construction that occupies a prominent corner position on Wharf Street in the heart of The Calls area of the city. Its enviable location not only benefits from being close to the traditional Leeds office core and retail quarter, but the building is also situated in a prime position within The Calls regeneration area, being surrounded by new build city centre apartments, hotels, restaurants and bars.
It is understood that there are plans for a change of use of the ground floor of Graphical House for use as a café or bar.
