The Project
The construction of a c.2,300ft² extension on a wholly Design & Build basis (a first for J.P.Wild) to the existing ALDI store, whilst the store remained open and fully operational throughout. The project was split into two phases, the first phase incorporating the diversions of
existing drainage and electric mains cabling, with the second phase seeing the construction of the portal frame building itself. The project was delivered and handed over on time and in budget.
