Starbucks, Rotherham Foundry Retail Park

New build Starbucks drive-thru’ and associated external works. The unit comprises of a raft foundation, substructure brick & block, floor screed & structural steelworks, followed by wall and roof cladding and the installation of curtain walling. External works comprise of hard & soft landscaping, street furniture, an external drive thru’ lane, patio & parking area, lighting, sign foundations & ductwork, surface & pumped foul water drainage, together with mains water, electricity & telecoms supplies to the site.

J.P.Wild constructed the new-build Starbucks ‘Drive Thru’ in the middle of a live and busy retail environment. The project was delivered on time and in budget.
