The construction of a new Costa Coffee unit and ‘Drive Thru’ together with associated external works as part of an ongoing phased redevelopment of the existing Queens Shopping Park, prominently positioned fronting the busy A6 London Road / A59 Stanley Street, in the Horrocks Quarter of Preston. The project was delivered on time and in budget, in an otherwise live and busy environment. The unit comprises sub structure brick and

block and concrete slab & structural steel works, followed by wall & roof cladding and installation of gypframe, plasterboard, doors and windows. External works will comprise hard & soft landscaping, street furniture, an external ‘Drive Thru’ lane, patio & parking area, lighting, sign foundations & ductwork, surface & foul water drainage, together with mains water, electricity & telecoms supplies to the site.
