J.P. Wild have recently commenced the warehouse refurbishment works at Units 2A-2E Elland Road Industrial Estate, Elland Way, Beeston, Leeds, LS11 0EY.

The project comprises of New / overclad roof with rooflights, PV installation, New / lined gutters, New external doors, External decoration, Power upgrade to Unit 2A and 2B, Internal M&E upgrades, hardstanding and fencing amendments to Units 2A and 2B, General refurbishment of Units 2C-2E including, M&E upgrades, new floor coverings and decorations.
