J.P. Wild have recently completed the strip out works to the 1st, 3rd & 4th floors at the Lateral Building, City Walk, Leeds, LS11 9AT.

Each floor was stripped back to shell and core, including all mechanical and electrical equipment. The emergency lighting, fire/smoke detection and main interface with the buildings central alarm system were adapted for shell and core as well as additional temporary heating.

These works were completed on time and within budget.
