J.P. Wild have recently commenced the warehouse refurbishment works at Units 14 & 15 Millshaw, Leeds, LS11 0LR.

The project comprises of replacement of existing asbestos cement roof and gutters with new profiled metal roof and gutters. Internal and external refurbishment of the units including new sectional shutters, windows, doorsets, re-surfacing to yard/car park, renewal of internal finishes and services to warehouse and offices together with installation of AC system to first floor offices.
