J.P. Wild have recently completed the internal and external refurbishment works at Unit E, Loscoe Close, Normanton Industrial Estate, Normanton, WF6 1TW.

The project comprised of new overclad roof with rooflights, new / lined gutters, stripping out works to the warehouse and office areas, replaced the damaged cladding panels and decorated the front elevation, external yard repairs & cleaning, new Armco barriers and bollards, entrance gate repairs, white lining, new external windows & doors, replacement of dock loading doors and dock levellers,  new sectional doors, new concrete ramp and new drainage.

The internal works comprised of concrete slab repairs to the warehouse, blockwork repairs, cleaning the internal cladding panels, refurbishment of the offices, general strip out, new blockwork walls, stud partitions, new suspended ceilings, new floor coverings, paint & decorations, new internal doors, electrical works and office heating / cooling as well as full toilet refurbishments.

These works were carried out on time and within budget.
