J.P. Wild have recently completed the fire reinstatement works at Unit 4, Leeds City College, Printworks Campus, Hunslet Road, Leeds, LS10 1JY.
The works involved the strip out and replacement of internal finishes, installation of new catering equipment, replacement/recommissioning of mechanical and electrical services and hygienically cleaning down areas effected by smoke damage ahead of the spaces being used for catering college purposes.
The works were split into 2 phases with a partial handover, that involved forming temporary door openings, removal of existing blown screed, laying new DPM and floor screed, ventilation, plumbing / gas, BMS, cleaning the internal ductwork, new suspended ceilings, new floor coverings, mechanical, electrical, and decorating works as well as the installation of new kitchen equipment.
