J.P. Wild have recently completed the Internal strip out and refurbishment works at Clinitron House, Excelsior Road, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, LE65 1JG.
The works involved stripping out the internal finishes and partition walls within the ground and first floors of the building and refitting to an open plan office arrangement including new ceiling, floor and wall finishes. The toilets and showers were fully refurbished, a new glazed entrance lobby was installed and new M&E installations throughout, roof /gutter repairs & carpark / landscaping repairs were carried out.
All works were completed within 28 weeks on time and within budget.
