J.P. Wild Ltd have recently commenced the warehouse refurbishment works at Unit 18 Green Park Business Centre, Goose Lane, Sutton-on-the-Forest, York YO61 1ET.
The works comprise of cleaning & recoating of the roof, car park remedial works, fencing, elevation repairs & decorating, internal strip out & enabling works, WC refurbishment including new drainage, forming a new office including plastering, suspended ceilings, new doors, floor coverings, new kitchenette, decorations throughout, painting to the warehouse floor slab, cleaning and M&E.
The works are progressing well, the strip out is complete, and the formation of the new offices and WCs are well under way. All works will be carried out over a 24-week period, updates to follow…
