The award winning, independently owned, national practice of Chartered Surveyors, property consultants and business asset advisors is on the move and is relocating its own Leeds office. Granted it is only a distance of 70 yards, moving from 25 Wellington Street to 29 Wellington Street and into the prestigious Central Square development, a new high profile mixed use development in the city centre.
We are refurbishing a ground floor residential estate agency unit and a 6th floor office space for the firm. The programme incorporates elements of enabling works, together with the construction and installation of doors, partition walls, reception area, kitchen and break out area.
