A bit of a damp start admittedly however; following the construction of a new Costa Coffee unit and ‘Drive Thru’ that we commenced there in January this year, September sees a return to site for us at the Queens Shopping Park, in the Horrocks Quarter of Preston and we are very happy to be once again working on behalf of the same client and with essentially the same project team.
We shall report further in due course, but a 16 week program of works entails the design and construction of the external and internal refurbishment of an existing retail unit, following the exit of Carpet Ways and prior to fit out for Smyths Toys as the incoming Tenant.
