We are pleased to report that we have recently obtained Practical Completion at North Valley Retail Park, Colne.
As reported back in March 2016, this 17 week project on behalf of Sanderson Weatherall LLP and their client, tasked us with constructing a C.2,300ft2 extension to Unit 1 on the Retail Park. The Unit, occupied by Aldi, remained open for business as usual throughout.
The project was split into two phases, the first phase incorporating the diversions of existing drainage and electric mains cabling, with the second phase seeing the construction of the portal frame building itself. The project was conducted on a wholly Design & Build basis, a first for J. P. Wild Limited, it is one that we have thoroughly relished and we are delighted to have delivered and handed over on time and in budget.
