J.P. Wild have recently commenced the warehouse refurbishment works at Oilgear, 37 Burley Rd, Leeds LS3 1JT.
The works involve the re-cladding of the roofs and elevations, replacement of the windows & internal works. The project has been awarded on an JCT Minor Works contract with design. J.P. Wild will be on site for a 28-week contract.
