J.P. Wild have completed the refurbishment works at EGGER Timberpak Ltd, Unit 43 Knowsthorpe Way, Leeds, LS9 0SW. The works involved the refurbishment of the existing security office to include waterproofing system, wall lining, installation of kitchenette and accessible WC. Construction of additional ancillary accommodation containing WC’s, changing facilities and shower rooms and to include new partition walls, suspended ceiling, joinery, decoration, floor coverings.
The works were completed on time and within budget. Phase 2 works have already started on site more to follow…
