J.P Wild have recently commenced the office refurbishment works at Leeds House, Central Park, Leeds, LS11 5DZ. The works comprise of internal strip out of both fabric, mechanical and electrical elements to the first-floor east office suite. Formation and fit out of the office suite to the first floor and refurbishment of the common areas including WC refurbishment, renewal of floor finishes and lighting, all whilst accommodating sitting tenants.
The project has been awarded on an intermediate contract with design on the mechanical and electrical. J.P. Wild will be on site for a 10-week contract.
