J.P. Wild are currently on with the completion works at Hilderthorpe Road, Bridlington, YO15 3BG on behalf of the client “Hargreaves Property Ventures”. The works involve completing the external works, Unit A (Lidl), Unit B (B&M) & Unit C (Cooplands).
The external works include kerbs, bollards, signposts, street lighting, drainage, stone fill to areas, ironworks, concrete yard, ramps, brick paved areas, topsoil, tarmacking, white lining, fencing, and landscaping.
The Unit A (Lidl) works include internal blockwork, cladding works, external doors, render, dock leveller, entrance screens and cleaning.
The Unit B (B&M) works include brickwork, security doors, 1st fix M&E, plastering, brick slips, pointing, cladding, suspended ceilings, kitchen, canopies, entrance screens and decorations.
The Unit C (Cooplands) works include drainage, stone fill to areas, brickwork, brick slips, pointing, cladding. Above ground drainage and brick paving.
The works will be completed and handed over to the prospective tenants in the coming weeks. Updates to follow…
