Braithwaite & Jackman has appointed J. P. Wild Ltd as Principal Contractor on behalf of their client and we are thrilled to have been awarded our first project with the long established Leeds based Chartered Architects.
We are presently on site at Leeds Bradford Airport Industrial Estate, which is situated on Harrogate Road in Yeadon, North West of Leeds City Centre.
The project entails the construction of a welfare block within Unit 8, together with the refurbishment of two existing office facilities.
Although Unit 8 will be unoccupied during the period of the project, the Unit is part of multi-unit building on an otherwise occupied and operational site and further demonstrates J. P. Wild’s extensive experience and ability to undertake works in ‘live’ environments.
