September sees J. P. Wild Ltd appointed as Principal Contractor and on site at Chancellor Court, The Calls, an area and street by the River Aire in Leeds city centre. Formerly an area of industry, The Calls is now successfully regenerated with a mixture of uses: primarily offices, residential and leisure.
The 12 week project on behalf of Trident Building Consultancy Limited and their client sees a program of external window redecoration works being undertaken at both Halsbury House and Harcourt House, which involves the installation of fixed scaffolding, isolated mortar pointing repairs, installation of replacement glazing and redecoration of the tired powder coated finish to the existing aluminum windows frames using a specified specialist system. Additionally, there will be an element of decorating some previously decorated external items comprising gates, fencing, bollards, lampposts, extract grilles and the large entrance gates.
