J.P. Wild has recently been appointed Principal Contractor by Ryden LLP on behalf of their client in relation to Units 5 & 6 Emmanuel Trading Estate, Springwell Road, Leeds. We are particularly pleased to be progressing our newly established relationship with Ryden LLP and to be working with the Building Consultancy & Project Management team.
The property comprises two adjoining warehouse type units with a combined floor area of about 850sqm and was constructed in the mid 1980’s, located within an estate of similar properties.
The proposed 8 week project will see us undertake a scope of works for both Units 5 & 6 which will comprise the removal & installation of new lighting, the installation of new electrical power & lighting circuits, modifications to the heating system, internal & external decoration, minor refurbishment including new floor finishes and joinery repairs, blockwork wall rebuilding & minor repairs, brickwork repairs and roof works. Additionally, there will be the stripping out of non-loadbearing partitions to Unit 5 and the demolition of ground floor and first floor offices to Unit 6.
