The New Year sees J. P. Wild back to business and celebrating our first awarded project for the Building Consultancy team at Bowman Riley Architects.
We are on site for their client at the mixed use Castlefields Industrial Estate prominently located adjacent to the A650 bypass in the busy Brontë Country market town of Bingley, situated in the Aire Valley six miles North-West of Bradford and three miles East of Keighley.
On an eight week programme, we are undertaking a schedule of dilapidations works to units 26 & 27, which primarily comprise concrete works to parking and storage areas, cladding, roofing and timber repairs, internal and external wall repairs, electrical works and steelwork decoration, together with associated works to an ancillary block.
