Approached at short notice to discuss the refurbishment of 32Nr hotel room en-suite facilities, our owner-operator, non-contractual approach allowed us to quickly negotiate a contract sum and effect a prompt start.
Located inside the Emerald Headingley Stadium, the Hotel’s bedrooms all overlook the world famous Yorkshire Cricket pitch.
The works are being carried out in a phased manner, with the hotel remaining ‘live’ and operational at all times. The works have been meticulously planned and co-ordinated so that the impact on the hotel and residents is kept to a minimum.
