Following our nomination in the Local Authority Building Control (“LABC”), North and East Yorkshire Building Excellence Awards, four members of J. P. Wild donned black tie and attended the awards ceremony at The Principal York Hotel in York.
An excellent evening was had by all and the awards were ably hosted by the TV Presenter & PR Agent, Nicki Chapman.
The judging panel looked for attention to detail, innovative design, evidence of a positive working relationship with the LABC and all round build quality.
‘The Pastures’ is our exquisite collection of family homes in the tranquil rural village of Scrayingham, North Yorkshire, set in the beautiful Aldby Park Estate between the market towns of Malton and Pocklington, whilst being only 12 miles from the historic city of York.
In the face of some equally impressive competition, we were unfortunate not to come out as winners on the night however; we were delighted to have been finalists in the following categories:
- LABC Site Agent of the year;
- Best Individual New Home;
- Best Small New Housing Development (10 Units or Less) – for which we were “Highly Commended”.
A well-deserved pat on the back and thank you to everyone involved in ‘The Pastures’ and continued recognition of the level of build quality and specification that we put into all of our homes.
