J.P. Wild Ltd have signed an agreement to lease the proposed new speculative development to the Co-Op on a 15-year lease with J.P. Wild acting as both the developer and contractor.
The conversion works from the former redundant Rose & Crown public house to a new Co-Op convenience store are proceeding well. We have completed the internal strip out / demolition works and the structural repairs, we are currently on with the re-roofing and masonry repairs.
