J.P. Wild have recently commenced the conversion of a commercial premises into 11No. Residential apartments at 8-12 Lands Lane Leeds LS1 6LD. The works are located on the junction of Lands Lane and Albion Place in Leeds busy city centre.
The site set up has now been completed with a full scaffold to both elevations as well as the roof and a hoarding along Albion Place for deliveries and the site compound.
The works involve a full strip out of the existing commercial premises, formation of a new lift shaft / pit, removal and creation of new staircases, roofing works, a new bin store, new windows and doors, and the complete creation and fit out of 11No. Apartments.
The works will be completed during a 30-week programme under a JCT Intermediate Contract with Contractors Design.
