J.P. Wild has recently completed their largest ever renovation project at 3200 Century Way, Thorpe Park Business Park in Leeds. The project consisted of the refurbishment of the building’s ground and second floor office accommodation, communal areas, a new feature entrance and other general improvement works, all whilst accommodating a first-floor sitting tenant.
In addition to our design and build obligations, we worked closely with the client design team in the early stages of the project to identify value engineering options for the benefit of the client both in terms of capital efficiencies, and also reduced operational running costs.
