J.P.Wild have recently commenced works at Sovereign House in one of Leeds most prominent locations, on the corner of the Headrow, Park Row and South Parade. The works consist of the strip out of 3No. Large bars, the refurbishment of 3No. Large office suites and communal / toilet areas to all 6 floors in addition to creating a new feature reception area, all whilst accommodating a fourth-floor sitting tenant.
This project has been awarded on a JCT Design & Build basis with large input into the mechanical and electrical design. J.P.Wild will be on site for a 24 week contract duration.
