The Project
Extending over approximately 7,000ft of office and welfare facilities, the works were undertaken in a “live” environment, with J.P.Wild being fully responsible for M&E design and installation.
The works incorporated the complete strip out of all existing installations to create open plan office
accommodation with a cutting edge refurbishment which combined exposed services with a Grade A specification.
Large elements of works were undertaken outside of normal working hours to ensure that impact and disruption to existing tenants were kept to a minimum.
