The Project
A programme of internal refurbishment and external repair works, comprising stripping out, first & final fix mechanical & electrical works plus testing, external & internal decoration works, refurbishment works to the lift, installation of new rooflights, repairs and
replacement to brickwork, roof slates, water downpipes, joinery, doors and timber windows, servicing and commission of existing carpark roller shutter door, installation of new white lines to carpark, works to toilet & shower areas and the laying of new floor finishes.
