The Project
The removal of existing and the installation of new cladding, soffit & fascia boards to the external façade of the East & West wings. Additional remedial works were also undertaken to the lower & upper balconies of a number of apartments and to the ridge tiles.
The site was ‘live’ throughout the duration of the works, with the apartments themselves immediately fronting the busy A661 and backing on to the River Wharfe.
