J.P. Wild have recently completed the refurbishment works at Chantrell house, 1 Chantrell court, Leeds, England, LS2 7HA.

The works involved the refurbishment and retrofit of an existing detached brick built 3 storey office building., including new roof finishes with solar PV panels, external windows, cladding and balconies, together with external paving, landscaping, and car park bays.

Internally the space will be fitted out to provide multi use office space with tea points and kitchens with the central core comprising new toilets and an access lift serving all floors. Works included Mechanical and Electrical installations, fire detection and security, audio visual and data, windows, joinery, partitions, glazed screens, floor finishes, ceilings and decorations.
