Smyths Toys, Queens Shopping Park, Stanley Street, Preston

The works entailed design and construction of the external and internal refurbishment of an existing retail unit, prior to fit out for Smyths Toys as the incoming tenant. Elements of work included removing existing shop front, signage and canopies. Also, in order to form a shell, the removal of all existing internal structures

including division walls and associated fixtures, fittings, finishes and services. The project was delivered on time and in budget in an otherwise live and busy retail environment, with the unit being adjacent to a busy Energi Trampoline Park unit that remained open and trading throughout the duration of the works.
