J.P. Wild have recently commenced the warehouse refurbishment works at Units 4 & 5, Hunslet Trading Estate, Leeds LS10 1BL. The works involve repairs and decoration to the external areas of both units 4 & 5, inclusive of roof & window replacement. Internal refurbishment works and alterations, with the design of M&E elements and the design and installation of an external fire escape route between units 1 – 6. The asbestos removal works have already been completed.
The works will be carried out over an 18-week period under a JCT intermediate building contract with contractor’s design.
