J.P. Wild have recently completed the warehouse and office refurbishment works at Units 4 & 5, Hunslet Trading Estate, Leeds, LS10 1BL. The works involved repairs and decoration to the external facades of both units 4 & 5, new UPVC windows throughout, new roller shutters to both units, the existing asbestos roof was removed and a new built-up roof covering was installed. A new external fire escape route was installed to the rear of unit 1-6.
The internal refurbishment works involved refurbishment works to the warehouse, offices and communal areas. The works to the warehouse included stripped out of all the asbestos, decorations to the structural steelwork and walls, installation of new power and lighting and painting the warehouse floor. The offices were fully plastered, decorations throughout, new flooring, new suspended ceilings, lighting and heating.
All of the works were completed on time and within budget. Another fantastic job delivered by the whole team and we look forward to working on the next one together.
