J.P. Wild have completed Phase 1 of the warehouse refurbishment works at Units 2A-2E Elland Road Industrial Estate, Elland Way, Beeston, Leeds, LS11 0EY.

The works involved the refurbishment of Units A, B & C to allow Northern Building Plastics to occupy all 3 units next to each other. We overclad the roofs to Units A & B including new solar panels, changed the heating system within the offices from a wet system to electric and air conditioning throughout, external decorations, new external doors, new hardstanding and fencing amendments all whilst NBP remained in occupation and trading.

Unit C we stripped off the existing asbestos roof and replaced with a new insulated cladded roof including new gutters and solar panels, stripped out the internal warehouse and offices, new external doors, external decorations, new air conditioning to offices and electric rads to the toilets and kitchen.

All works were completed on time and within budget, the refurbishment works to Units D & E will be completed over the next 8-weeks, updates to follow…
