J.P. Wild have recently commenced the warehouse repair and refurbishment works at Units 2A & 2B Acre Park Industrial Estate, Keighly, BD21 4JH.
The works comprise of roof repairs and liquid applied coating works, elevation repairs, alteration to office pod/removal of mezzanine areas, removal of the blockwork partition wall splitting the warehouse area, replacement of worn floor finishes within office areas, internal decorations, fire stopping works to the office pod, fire stopping works to the warehouse partition wall between Units 2A and 2B, replacement of gas fired heating system with electric convector heaters & replacement of warehouse lighting with LED lighting.
The works are progressing well, the strip out is complete, the electrical works are complete, and the roofing works are almost complete. All the works will be carried out over a 10-week period, updates to follow…
