J.P. Wild have recently completed the warehouse refurbishment works at Unit 6C Elland Road Industrial Estate, Leeds, LS11 0EY. The works involved a full strip out of the existing offices and warehouse including the removal of the existing mezzanine floor to take the unit back to a shell. Following the strip out works we carried a thorough clean, redecoration throughout including the floor slab and carried our various roofing works.
The full cladding to the full perimeter of Unit 6 Elland Road Industrial Estate was redecorated to give it a new look. The works were completed within a 10-week programme and within budget.
