J.P. Wild are progressing well with the internal and external warehouse refurbishment works at Unit 50, Monckton Road Industrial Estate, Wakefield WF2 7AL. The replacement roof has been installed, new electrically operated insulated sectional roller shutter doors have been installed, all of the windows and entrance door have been replaced with new Upvc double glazed units. We have resprayed the cladding and decorated the brickwork which has completely changed the aesthetics of the building.
We have fully stripped out and redecorated the warehouse area, the toilets, kitchen, and offices have been fully refurbished with new ceilings and floor coverings throughout. We will be decorating the concrete floor slab within the warehouse next week ready for completion before Christmas.
