J.P. Wild have completed the internal and external warehouse refurbishment works at Unit 50, Monckton Road Industrial Estate, Wakefield WF2 7AL. The works consisted of a full re-roof, decorations to the external cladding and brickwork, new aluminium windows and doors, new roller shutters to the front and rear, demolition of the rear lean-to extension, upgrade of the electrical distribution boards, new lighting, and power throughout, new suspended ceilings, new floor coverings, decorations to the office, ancillary areas and warehouse, make good and paint the floor slab and cleaning throughout.
