J.P. Wild have recently commenced the warehouse refurbishment works at Unit 22 Millshaw Park, Millshaw Park Avenue, Leeds, LS11 0HF.

The project comprises of the replacement of the existing 50,000 sq. ft. asbestos cement sheets to roof & gutters with new profiled metal together with internal and external refurbishment of the unit. This includes new roller shutters and perimeter exit doors, repair and re-spraying of existing glazed casement windows and doors to offices, minor re-surfacing of yard/car park tarmacadam and replacement of internal finishes and services to warehouse and offices together with installation of mechanical A/C system to internal two-storey offices.
