J.P. Wild are progressing will with the refurbishment works at Unit 1A,B&C Manston Industrial Estate, Elland Way, Leeds, LS11 0EY. We have started the cut edge corrosion works to the roof, the concrete slab has been broken out, crushed, and stockpiled ready to be reinstated, the new openings have been formed for the new roller shutter doors and existing openings are getting blocked up.
We have carried out the first fix electrical to the office, patch repaired plastered wall, removed the asbestos flooring, and installed a new suspended ceiling tiles and grid. We have also re-sleeved the main drain runs to make sure there are no blockages. Updates to follow…
